These are power-management features that allow processors to run at lower speeds
and use less power. Enable the feature to allow Windows to control your processor
speed.

Interrupt 19 Capture Enable this feature if you need to boot off a hard disk connected to a separate (addon)
hard disk controller, like a RAID or SCSI controller. Otherwise, disable it.
IRQ3, IRQ4, IRQ5, etc. There are two different settings named for IRQs. One, used with power management,
determines whether or not your computer monitors a given IRQ for activity (used to
???wake up??? the system). The other, typically found in the PCI section, allows you to
???reserve??? an IRQ and prevent the Plug-and-Play system from automatically assigning
it to a device.

Controller
This controls the additional (optional) RAID controller on some motherboards. Turn it
on only if you have a RAID system connected to this controller.
Legacy USB Support Enable this option if you??™re using a USB keyboard or USB mouse and you want to use
them in the BIOS setup screen, DOS, or some other environment outside of Windows.
