Having all these basics ready, we can create a class and a template for the future
component. They both should be placed into the com.packtpub.celebrities.
components package, and let them be named DateInput.java and DateInput.tml
correspondingly. Here is the content for the component template:

Nothing special, as you see; just three Select components with their corresponding
values, models, and encoders in case of day and year.
All we need now is to provide all these parameters in the component class and to
handle properly any selection made by the user in the page class. Following is the
