3. Select Blank Report from the list of New Report templates, and click Finish.
4. From the Palette, click on the Label, and "drag and drop" it over to the
Report Designer pane. You will have a blinking cursor on the Label
component you just dropped on to the Report Designer. If you do not have a
cursor, double-click on the Label component, and type in Hello World.

5. Under the Property Editor, the General tab should be be highlighted. If it
is not, go ahead and click on it. The General tab is where elements such as
the element name, font selection, font color, alignment, and style sheet
selection are located. Under the Name option, type in lblHello to name
the component.
6. Under Font, choose Sans Serif. You can use any font here that you would
like; I chose Sans Serif because it is a commonly used font for reading text on
screen.
7. Under Size, choose X-Large. This will make it easier to read.
8. Click on the button next to the Color option, and select the color White from
the available colors. We want a slightly different contrast than black on white
to make it stand out a little.

9. Click on the button next to the Background color option, and select the Black
color. Now, click on the button to make the text bold. Finally, click on the
Preview tab in the Report Designer to see the finished report.
