TIP
You can create a selection of the images you want to add
to a collection by holding down the CTRL key, clicking the
desired images, and then dropping the desired collection
icon on the photos.
TIP
You can choose one of the commands from the Find
menu to find photos you want to add to a collection.
After Photoshop Elements finds the photos that match
your criteria, choose Edit | Select All, and then drag a
collection icon onto one of the photos to add them all to
the collection.

CREATING FOLDERS
FOR CD ARCHIVES
When you archive images to a CD, you can create a
folder for each disc. If you create contact sheets for your
image folders, you??™ll have a handy cross-reference.
1. Create a new folder.
2. Rename the folder. A logical naming sequence
would be Images_001, Images_002, and so on.
3. Drag the image folders you want to archive to the
folder you just created.

4. Choose Contact Sheet from the
Select Type Of Print drop-down menu.
The Print Photos box reconfigures,
as shown here.
5. Choose the number of columns by
entering a value in the text box or
clicking the spinner.
