The amount of data in a
RAW image results in a larger file size when compared
to images captured with the JPEG format, but the RAW
format gives you a wider range of color to work with.
Images captured in RAW format have dazzling color and
fine detail. Cameras capable of recording images in RAW
format include software that enables you to view and
process the image after downloading it to your computer.
After processing the image, you can export it as a TIFF
or JPEG file for further editing in your favorite imageediting
application. The data captured by your camera in
